Glass shower doors are wonderful fixtures in any home. They are more attractive than traditional shower curtains and are great at protecting your bathroom floor from unnecessary moisture damage. • Try to do a quick clean after every shower – For most of us, this isn’t always an option. But if you can, a quick clean after every shower will go a long way in preventing dirt and grime from adhering too strongly to your glass shower door. • Use the right vinegar based shower cleaning solution – When cleaning glass, particularly glass that is exposed to soap scum and a lot of moisture, some cleaners are better than others. For a tried and true cleaning method for your glass shower doors, fill a clean spray bottle with white vinegar and spray it on your glass shower doors. Then, in a separate container, mix together a paste of equal parts salt and baking soda. Finally, apply this salt and baking soda solution to the shower doors with a sponge (lightly dampen the sponge first so it is more absorbent) to remove all of the apparent soap scum and grime. Finally, just rinse away the solution.
